If you have never heard of Crack the Whip, it's a game you play on the skating rink. A strong skater takes off and everyone holds on for dear life while the head skater(s) pick up more speed and make sharp turns trying to shake everyone off. It usually ends when half the chain loses grip and slams at top speed into the rinks Side Boards.
